When I tweeze hairs in my unibrow area (usually a few at a time, a couple times a week), I sometimes get a pimple/zit a day or so later in that spot. Could this be a cleanliness issue, such as needing to sterilize the tweezer tips beforehand (by flame, hydrogen peroxide, etc)? Or swabbing the area with something like rubbing alcohol or betadine solution before and/or after? Should something specific be applied to the area after, like a moisturizer or salicylic acid based product? I'm just not sure what my skin is reacting to and how I can prevent it, so any input would be appreciated!
