Why does this weird sleep phenomenon happen to me?

During the school week (Monday - Friday) I've tired various sleeping schedules and the only one that leaves me feeling refreshed in the morning is the most surprising. I also suffer from insomnia, and going to bed anytime before 2:30 AM is incredibly tough for me. Another thing that occurs, around 4:30 PM and 12:15 PM I become incredibly tired, and it almost becomes unbearable to resist the urge to sleep.

Before I continue, I'd like to add that I wake up at 7:00 AM for school every morning.

Going to bed around 5:30 - 6:00 PM. - This left me feeling just as tired as most nights, and it was extremely inconvenient because it leaves me very minimal time to do homework, and various recreational things.

Going to bed around 10:00 PM - 12:00 AM. - Same feeling as above, except now I have more time to do homework and whatnot. I've tried various other sleeping times, even throwing in some naps and other variables. Now, the surprising option, the one that leaves me feeling good in the morning, and leaves me in a general good, productive mood all day. The only time I feel like this is when I get no sleep whatsoever. I have a hard time staying awake during classes unless I don't sleep at all. So my question is: Why does this happen to me?

ITS BEACAUSE UR BODY HASNT HAD ENOUGH REST FOR A WHILE NOW IT ALWAYS FEELS TIRED IM JUST LIKE THAT SPECIALLY DURRING A VACATION WEN ITS TIME TO GO BAC TO SCHOOL I CANT GO TO SLEEP OR I JUST GO TO SCHOOL WITH OUT SLEEP. BUT TRY GOIN TO SLEEEP EARLY FOR A WEEK AND EVERY THING IS GONNA GO BAC TO NORMAL..
