Why does this guy keep on talking to me even though i have said stuff to him everytime?

just so that he stops talking to me. He still starts talking to me everytime, even though i insulted him, i told him i dont wanna meet him again, i told him i dont want any gifts from him, and the gift he brought for me, i told him to give it to some other girl.

But he still starts talking to me? why?
