Why Does the Waitress/Bar tender always remember me when I come in to eat at the

Steak Restaurant? I have not been there in over a month & she remembers what drink I want & serves me well.Do you think that $10.00 was to small of a tip to leave for just being there for an hour ?
 
You are either a good tipper ... or a bad tipper! THAT is what servers always remember....
