Why does the steering wheel on my '91 Jeep Cherokee shake?

The steering wheel shakes. Doesn't matter the speed. It shakes all the time. Also, recently the turn signals stopped working. Could be related?? Any help appreciated. Thanks. Ask with any questions.
 
wore out tires bad tire balance first reasons then couldbe something loose and only way lights and shaking be related woul dbe it shock it out
 
Could be a couple of things...tires could be out of balance..could need new tires or you need a front end alignment. Don't think the turn signals have anything to do with it...sounds like a totally diffrent issue. Question is will it be worth it to figure out what's going on and fixing it or would you be better off getting a new vehicle
