why does the spam blocker not let me pass even.why does it just say loading and

not let me play? Why does the spam blocker not let me pass through even though i know i typed it right.

Why is it that once in a great while the spam blocker will let me trough, why does the loading for games wont let me play. it will just show loading and will never let me play even though i will push the button that says click after 15 minutes.
