why does the phone disconnect my from wireless?

i have the wireless adapter for my 360. i got my router set to wireless G which is 2.4GHz. i have a cordless phone. whenever it rings, i get disconected. the part that confuses me, it that my phone is 900 MHz, not 2.4 GHz. why does the phone distrupt the signal.bb
 
well sorry to say but your phone uses a frequency of 2.4 ghz too zo try to move the phone away from your 360 and that might help.
