I am not asking why was it not mentioned as a crime because that would have been obvious to everyone at the time without any specific law against it. (Though some other obvious crimes are mentioned eg murder, rape, sex with animals)
However the methods of punishing/killing any criminal were very important and so the mosaic law would be expected to say HOW such pedophiles would be killed. In fact no one could be killed except by methods prescribed in the law.
The lack of such suggests pedophilia was no big deal.
