Why does the mosaic law not mention pedophilia?

I am not asking why was it not mentioned as a crime because that would have been obvious to everyone at the time without any specific law against it. (Though some other obvious crimes are mentioned eg murder, rape, sex with animals)
However the methods of punishing/killing any criminal were very important and so the mosaic law would be expected to say HOW such pedophiles would be killed. In fact no one could be killed except by methods prescribed in the law.
The lack of such suggests pedophilia was no big deal.

romans 1:31 mentions "without natural affection", in other words having UNnatural affection. pedophiles would fall under this category.
 
The Judaic definition of an adult is 13 for males, 12 for females. So pedophilia would have been only about very young children indeed, and was sufficiently horrible that no mention would need to be made. I don't think there is any mention of cannibalism, either.
 
My father (Dad) has told me it falls under the law of fornication. Which case I believe they would be put to death by stoning.
 
Maybe Catholic priests use that excuse to perform the act. They just say hey, it's not in the Bible

Because back then, pedophilia wasn't looked down upon as much, if at all. Nowadays, it's a very serious crime. Plus, kids were married off because the lifespan wasn't as long.
