Why does the media act like it's a shock when a celebrity cheats on their wife?

I am so tired of this Tiger Woods story. WOW, A MAN CHEATED ON HIS BEAUTIFUL WIFE??
THAT NEVER HAPPENS * rolls eyes*
happens all the time - I 'm surprised when they DON"T cheat.
