I recently started playing soccer for my school, and now things are getting weird.
It's probably not the added physical activity, last fall I did cross country and my final time for a 3 mile race at BYU Classic was 18:33, and just this afternoon, I ran a mile in 5:54.
Maybe it's the new cleats, or the TYPE of movement...
