So I'm trying to play the game Spore on my laptop. The game works overall, except for one minor annoyance. It seems that on and off while I'm playing, the screen just pauses and flickers quickly. It's not a huge deal, but I'm just curious if there's any way to fix this and if anyone else has had this issue.
I used the website systemrequirementslab.com to see if there were any hardware issues or incompatibilites, but it showed that my computer is equipped to run the game a bit above the minimum requirements.
I have Windows Vista 64-bit, 4 GB of RAM, 2 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo, Intel 965 integrated video with 448 MB video memory and 3d acceleration and pixel shader 3.0.
Also, I used the Device Manager in Windows to see if I had the current video driver, and it said that I do.
