Me and my boyfriend have two lines and when he broke up with me I kept both phones. But what am I going to do with two phones so I just let one go without paying the bill on one phone and they still turned my service off without me even knowing it. When I called them I couldn't even get to to there customer service cause they wanted me to pay first. What kind of crap is that? I am trying to pay but I would like to talk to someone first. UGH!!! I hate Cricket phone service. Know I got to pay for both phones or have no phones at all.
