Why does the battery of my Mazda Tribute 2004 keep turning on?

We took it to the local mechanic and two times to the actual legit Mazda dealer and 3,000 dollars in repairs later the light KEEPS ON TURNING ON! I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE! Please help!
BATTERY LIGHT* sorry the orange battery light keeps turning on...

Sounds like a ground short in the supply wires to the light, maybe a instrument panel circuit board problem.
