I can't see what purpose it serves. it only takes a few days of downloads and then its even slower than dial up the rest of the month. i have to wait an hour for a four minute video.
why do they have this stupid policy of slowing it down to turtle speed after you've hit 5 GB each month? will the eventually net neutrality force them to stop this?
I'll have to cancel and go back to broadband. hopefully I won't be charged a cancelation fee or atleast it won't be so much.
