Why does T-Mobile seem to block my texts and calls?

they are not allowed to do those stuff, even if its in appropriate unless ur parents involve with it, they could set a certain time that u can use it, or set other limits for these things.
 
Whenever I'm sexting (Yeah, I know, shh) with a friend, my connection seems to hit the fan. I have full bars, working 3G network, but no calls or texts go through. Do they monitor texts and shut down for inappropriateness? How can I fix this?
Also, it has happened at least 5 times now while sexting, and only while sexting.
