Why does Sprint Broadband charge me more than it should?!?!?!?

My 4G Sprint broadband is supposed to cost me $60 a month but i got my bill and it says
Connection card data MRC...........................59.99
Overage:************ KB Additional Sprint data services...............172.26
So all together it costs 239.56 and i would like to know what it means by...additional Sprint data services??please answer i need to know!!!
