I work on computers and I have found that SONY purposely goes out of their way to make their laptops hard to get into, to the point where they are almost non-serviceable.
Then just today, this Playstation comes in with a broken Blu-Ray drive and of course, since it's made by SONY: They made 20 different versions of PS3's, the parts are not interchangeable and the NAIL in the coffin is that there's no friggin model number so you can't tell which one you have!!!
I hate SONY so much... Even more than Apple. SONY completely sucks.
