why does sex hurt, it feel like its a tube when i press my belly in? help?

ok let me explain! if u can imagine my hip bone well its there just when u press in, oh it hurts so much it makes my eyes water! but only on my right hand side, any ideas what it is? im currently under gyno for colposcopy but last op was oct 09 and next appointment for check up is sept 20 as last one came up borderline
