Why does sex continue to hurt?

Why does sex hurt for me? Me and my fiance have had sex a total of 12 times and it still hurts for me...it pinches when he first enters then when we have les than two inches to go it burns and stings like hell. He uses Trojan ribbed condoms, if that's necessary information.
I was thinking that maybe its because i am too small or he's too big but once i get past the pain i don't feel anything but pleasure.
I want to have sex with him but i don't want to the pain that begins it......whats wrong?
 
might be a latex allergy???
or could be what you said, you are too small but that wouldnt make sense as you've had sex a number of times.
try lots of foreplay first, that may help.
 
Its possible that he is too big, or that your not wet enough. Or maybe your allergic to the type of condoms he using or the lube they use. Try different brands and don't use latex condoms, try something else. Also next time before you have sex, wait a couple day's, your body might still be getting used to sex, so let your body rest and try it again. Or maybe you have a UTI. But if nothing above works for you, I'd suggest going to the doctor, sex should hurt. good luck.
