My mom, brother and I went to eat there a few years ago and my brother wanted macaroni and cheese. He was told they don't carry that. I know macaroni and cheese isn't a traditional Italian dish but it is still strange to have "macaroni" in the name of your restaurant and not have the most popular american dish to use macaroni.
I know macaroni and cheese is not authentic Italian, but neither are some of the menu items at Macaroni Grill, like their BBQ Chicken Pizza.

Aw, but they DO have macaroni and cheese. It's on the Kid's Menu.

Macaroni 'n Cheese
Lots of cheese and lots of pasta.
$5.29
(All Kid's items include a drink and vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce.)
