This is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever come across. Rogers has charged me for incoming calls on my cell phone. Even though I did not initiate the call I get charged for it! And when I complained they more or less ignored me. I had not idea they charged for that and our bill is huge for this month - over $200. Normally we only use the cell phone for emergencies but this month we were moving house so had to use it since our normal phone was down. Why does Rogers do this? It is sick!
