Why does Rogers ask for my email if they keep emailing me?

They email me at yahoo mail about bills, and rogers mail when I exceed the limit.

Why does the phone representative ask for an email when they already have two?

maybe they just want a reply to make sure that you are getting theirs? i dont know.
