...air on the passangers? No matter what time of the year the drivers side is hot and the passenger side is cold. We have a passenger temp control button but that does not seem to make a difference.
 
have you tried switching that little button next to where the air comes out? sometimes the air comes out hot because it's comming from outside of the vtehicle through the engine and into the car that is why it;s hot. so you try that button or lever whatever it is. if not then maybe the vents inside the a/c system are not swiveling no more. then you should replace them.
