I always see these news articles saying "the rate of lay-offs has decreased since last year, that is a positive sign". Or "we didn't lose as many jobs as last month".
It sounds like sugar-coating to me. We are losing jobs but gaining 300,000 immigrants every month? I'm not a mathematician but it sounds like we are going to have a crisis of epic proportions.
