because there are a lot of republicans out there with handguns and unstable hands.and there are probably lynch mobs ready and awaiting with their ropes.you should know. you hate him right?
 
He has more agents than any other President because of his race. There are still people in this country who are so intolerant.
 
IDK, but if they need that much now, wait till a year goes by and he has totally screwed the pooch bigtime. They will have to cancel Iraq and Afghanistan both just to keep him safe.

He needs security for the same reason all Presidents need security. This is not unusual or even new.
 
No sure, it seems a bit excessive for someone that the Left keeps telling us that EVERYONE loves (more security than the entire U.S. military presence in Afghanistan). They are closing all the bridges from Virginia into the District and aren't going to reopen them until some (unspecified) time on Wednesday.

We have many crazy people in this country. I am 100% against Obama and feel that the whole election process was a sham with ACORN etc., however, he was elected and this man needs protection. For all of our sake, let's hope nothing happens to him.
 
Because...on the day that his election was annouced 1000 frightened gun owners went out and bought up all the guns and ammo they could find / hold in two hands!!!No really, its because for all the people who love the potential of what he represents, there are many devious, conniving 'others' (think LOST) out there who are afraid / unhappy with what his potential represents...C H A N G E.thats why you need 28000 police agents to protect the most powerful man in the world...IN SHORT---He's The President, you knucklehead.
