Sonic Adventure and the First Strike maps for Black Ops freeze the most.
I replaced the hard drive with a flash drive and it still froze. The flash drive was old, though.
As I just found out, it also freezes on the GOTY version of L4D, but only on the campaigns that were originally DLC.
The Xbox had its case literally broken (thats why I got it for free). I replaced the case so it can't be sent in.
