Why does my word doc turn emails and links into HTML now?

I don't know how it happened. It must be some type of setting in microsoft word. All of the sudden, all my word docs that have either email addresses or hyperlinks appear like this now... It's driving me crazy. If I cut and paste the same text in this box, it goes to text only! What can I do to turn it off?
