My Verizon set top box does not work in my room specifically. It works in other rooms.
It displays "--:--" in place of the time. The buttons do not work, including the power button (it just flickers off then back on). It does not respond to the remote and more importantly I can't access my channels...
The troubleshooter on Verizon's website does not help.
