I drive a 2000 ford crown Vic ex police int with the original int engine installed. I am wondering why my temp light flashes on once then goes away. NOTE: this happens only after a hissyfit by my transmission (very erratic shifts up down even into neutral then back to drive) all of this is shortly follwed by the engine stalling. the trans fluid does need to be replaced, I will do this tomorrow and hopefully that will fix all the issues but just wondering if anyone knows anything about how I can fix this issue
