I know i'm not fat! My weight is perfect! It's not flab tho. It's like sticking out so it looks like i'm pregnant! I do like 200 crunches a day, the plank for a minute, and this ab workout at night. I have a high metabolism too. When I flex/tighten my stomach you can see my abs!!! Is there something wrong with me?? I've never had this until like 2 or 3 months ago. I'm 15. What is wrong?!
