Why does my sprint picture mail show it's from unknown number 9000?

My picture mail shows up from 9000 on my HTC Touch. Now I can't tell who sent me a picture.
Kaylaa I like my phone, but it's old. I'm pretty sure it's been discontinued. May be time to upgrade to a droid phone.
