promised me? I recently called account services to close my account but was offered a great deal for two phone lines to stay with them. I accepted this offer and everything's correct with the plan itself. However, I was also offered the Palm Treo PRO for $199 and the Samsung M320 for $0. I confirmed this offer with three different Sprint representatives (long story, I was on the phone with a lot of people negotiating this new deal) and was assured that what I would see on my next bill was: $299 - $100 service credit = $199 for the Treo and $0 for the Samsung. However, today, when I logged on to my online account and pulled up "Order History", I see random numbers like $344.23 and $73.42 for the two phones -- it doesn't even say which order goes with which phones but I think I can guess. My question is, does anybody else have experience with this? Maybe the amount that shows up under order history is not what I will see on my next bill? Just to clarify, account services (not regular customer care or telesales) ordered these phones for me.
