Why does my Sprint Blackberry Curve 8330 KEEP shutting off on its own?

Have you installed any new apps recently? Try doing a battery pull. If that doesnt help contact Sprint and have them send you a replacement.
 
I'll be in the middle of everything and it will just reset itself...2x back to back! What is this and what can I do? It's a new phone this is the 3rd one they have given me....what do I do here?! I'm annoyed to the 10th power!
It's not refurbished... it's brand new.
