I've has my sidekick since around august. (t-mobile)
and the service for it is pretty horrible.
I use to have a simple little red flip phone from T-mobile, and it had great service, only had to charge it once a week and almost always had all my bars.
but with my sidekick, the service constantly drops. If I'm in my classes at school, the service comes and goes, so I constantly have to walk outside (wherever I am) to send one text.
after the whole data service problem ended, I had ok service for a couple of months, but now, just recently it was raining pretty heavy for a few days, and it's cleared up, but my service has been very poor since then. I get no service in my house, and only 1-2 bars out of 5 outside, and it's constantly saying i can't send texts, when it says I have the network g, and a couple bars.
this is the best plan I've ever had, but, what's the point of being able to have a dollar a day texting when MORE THAN HALF THE TIME my phone service is down.
this phone is endless problems, and my brother has a sidekick XL and he's says it's always having problems too. why can't they have better service for sidekicks? it's really annoying that my phone almost never works. I pay for my service, I should get it!
