So heres the deal when I play WoW or Oblivion the ground and background look like they are skipping or jumping but my character animations is smooth. I never have this problem in other games not even Crysis or Fear 2 any ideas? Please help this is getting really old. FYI I have a older CPU AMD 4400+ OCd from 2.3 to 2.8 stable and 3 gis of ram and an Nvidia 9088gtx+. I have tried no overclock and the same problem persists. Thanks in advance
