When I do not have a hard case on my htc droid eris, and i call someone(dial the number, press send, and it begins ringing) the screen flashes every few seconds like a touch screen is suppose to do.
Then when i put a hard case on, and i dial a number and press send..
I am unable to do anything.
I can not hang up the phone, I will press end and nothing happens. And my screen will not flash anymore.
It's acts just like it has frozen up.
