why does my samsung messeger r-560 keep freezzing?

ok so i put music on my memory card for the metro pcs samsung messeger r-560 and when i put music player it just froze and i had to take the battery out ive done that for over 10 times and i freezes does anyone know why that happens? or what do i have to do to make it work normal
