Why does my Rottweiler Whine when she gets up?

I got a 7 month old rottweiler puppy and when i wake her up to go pee at night sometimes when she gets off the sofa onto the floor she starts whining for the first 10 steps then she stops. I always laugh when she does that cuz its kinda funny but what could be the problem she only does this sometimes but other days he takes he awhile to get up like it could be a hip problem?

she probably just doesn't want to get up and move, my rotti x does it all the time, the vet didn't pick any thing up, he just said it seems to just be part of his personality... slightly lazy especially when already comfy

Our rottie was the biggest whiney girl. Now that she's grown up she's a big groaner. No hip problems, perfectly healthy dog, just a talker. I'd say your pup is anticipating going outside. If she just woke up, she probably just realized that she actually has to pee and her whining is her version of the "pee dance."
