I did not hurt my arm or anything...about a week ago I felt a sharp pain in my arm and woke up with a sore arm. It hurt to lift it or move it in certain directions. It got better after a few days, pretty much back to normal, and today it started hurting when I lifted it. I am not sure what it could be, any ideas?
