So i have two home phones from Philips. the one with the digital screen. The upstairs phone turns off and turns back on if i press any buttons too many times. Like if i scroll through my phone book it just shuts down and restarts, or if i press talk twice it just does the same. If i am on the phone and i want to press speaker it just shuts off again. I dropped it a couple of times on hard surfaces? do you think that may be why. Or can i fix it? please help
