My Panasonic TX 21GVI keeps ticking and the Record timer light at the front of the tv keeps flashing along with the ticking, The tv was working fine until i moved home, but it did have this problem one time before and i cant remember how i fixed it, ive tried new fuse and tried connecting to cable, but the tv just wont stop ticking loudly, or switch on, ive tried the controls batteries, nothings working, i know its old, but it was working perfectly for years and had been ticking before, and id fixed it.
