why does my Palm Treo give me a error message when I receive a picture message?

Are you able to connact to the internet? If not then that is why. If you can then you need to call AT&T at 1-800-331-0500 from a different phone and have your cell phone with you so they can troubleshoot it
 
I have service through ATT. I used to be able to receive picture messages, but now when i receive one, it says error, message download failed. My messaging works for texts all the time, just not pictures or videos. Does anyone know why I am receiving this error message?
