I've tried everything. Bought a coolant system Pressure Tester. Held at 16lbs over night. Changed thermostat twice. Running 195 & tried 180. I can see the thermostat open on the gauge. On hard acceleration it purges the tank until the system runs low & I'm forced to pull over & let her cool down. Am I not getting all the air out of the system or is something else going on? Yes, I do have a bypass from the water pump & I'm running a weber setup with a Y manifold. I've done everything I can think of, minus removing the thermostat all together.
