Why does my Nokia N95 8GB keep saying my memory is full and I need to delete things.?

PLEASE HELP!
I am in the process of switching phones and I have put my sim in the Nokia N95 8GB phone and I have been bluetoothing images and music to it from my old phone. I have about fifteen songs on and it is not letting me send anymore it's ridiculous help would be VERY much appreciated. x
 
this song goes a little like this "what if i told you I love you" it's by a man i just don't know who it was i just know it was areally nice song. It came on 4/20/11
