Why does my Nokia 5800 not let my download messenger from the 3 website?

Hi ive just got a Nokia 5800 from 3 its on contract and everything else works but when i dowload it, it lets me download it but at the end it says : Certificate Error: Please Contact Application Supplier

please can someone tell me how to fix this problem
