Why does my nokia 1100 ask for security code, then restarts when I try to change tones?

I can't find anything else googling.

How do I turn off the security code so I don't have to input it every time I turn the phone on? And how can I get past it so it doesn't restart and I can change the tones?

Security code is one of the options present in your phone settings.Default code for nokia will be 12345 and you can also give your own security lock.To clear the code just do it from the mobile itself.Incase if your code is not accepting then get a security code from the website unlock-free.com for free of cost.Instructions also given here to you.After resetting you can easily change your tone a you wish.
