When i use the key fob button it beeps for the warning then i can hear the latch mechanism try to open the latch then it stops. If i use the manual handel to help it along past the latch then the motor will go ahead and Lift the gate, and it will close on its own just fine i just cant get it to pass the latch on its own when trying to open the gate.I plan on trying to fix this at home myself where can i find an adjustment for this problem.
