i have charter and had it for almost 10 years. the last few months our internet connection would get dropped more and more until we had no connection at all. all the lights on my modem used to work fine. charter came and and serviced my connection and since then the send light flashes all the time. they said i was not getting a signal they so they lowered it to -1 it used to be at +1. is there any way to get my send light not to flash i want my modem running at its best and i know for a fact that it use to run smoother when the send light didn't flash.
why does my modems send light flash while im using the internet?
