I really don't know what to do. She's 5 months old but constantly sits and whines. Even if we play with her and everything she just whines. Walks through the house and whines. She will even sit in the middle of the floor and whine. Is there a way I can break this? It's all night and all day. I really want this to stop. Can someone please help me.

I've taken her to the vet she has all her shots and she's perfectly healthy...
I have a cocker spaniel she plays with all the time. The only response to her whining she's gotten is telling her "Quiet" We've tried just saying it, we've tried even being stern with it. Nothing works.
