I was at track practice and we were during sprinting drills. I exercise three times a week lifting weights, i am a very fit person. I always stretch before any workout and that day i did as well. I sprinted the 100 and felt a lil bit of pain in my lower back and upper part of my butt (its in a very awkward spot). I thought nothing of it and tried to stretch even more after sprinting and before sprinting again. The next day i sprint again and after my last sprint i was in 6 out of 10 on a pain scale. That part of my body was extremely irritated to the point where i could barely walk. I went home and i rested. Whenever i got up from sitting down the pain would come or even if i tweaked a certain way it would hurt..I thought i would let it rest and it would go away. It went away over the weekend, but once i sprinted on monday the pain came back again. It seems like its a on going process. It doesn't hurt when i workout but if i sprint it comes back again. I dealt with it for four weeks and it continues to happen. Although the pain has gradually become not as intense..
Any suggestions? or what this could be?
(sorry this is so long but i am really concerned and want to be able to sprint without pain)
Thanks, Julius
